Continuing education as an assistant, tutor, mentor or supervisor are through personal invitation only.

The supporting role in theory and practice for students during their training is being taught and directly practiced in the seminars.

The following terms describe the different possible roles:

• Assistants support students during the foundation training.
  
• Tutor is mainly used in English speaking countries. A tutor supports the individual student in their learning of theory and practice and are not necessarily part of the foundation training.
• Supervisors give individual or group supervisions to specific method oriented questions during the foundation training. Supervisors have a longer training.
  
• Mentor is a new term introduced in Switzerland for the complementary therapy training. They accompany students in their practicum, are available to be observed during sessions and case studies.
• One person can have several supporting roles, depending on their experience and training.
